Keowee-Toxaway State Park

Talk about a park that has a lot to offer! Located in Pickens, County, this South Carolina State Park is one of the finest with tons of things to do including South Carolina State Parks only zipline! Another unique feature of this park is the 1.3-mile Natural Bridge Trail that begins behind the park office. The park includes camping, hiking, Camp Cedar Creek, fishing, boating and boat access, swimming, bird watching, geocaching, biking, and walking and nature trails. There are endless opportunities for the whole family to have fun. There is an not an entry fee for this state park.  

Camp Cedar Creek is a group camp facility at Keowee-Toxaway State park.  It includes 10 rustic tent campsites.  These sites include a picnic table, fire ring with cooking grate, lantern holder and space for two vehicles per site.  Water and electric hookups are not available at these campsites.  The camp also offers three bunkhouses.  Each bunkhouse offers six sets of bunk beds, sleeping a maximum of 12 people.  The bunkhouses are furnished with a kitchen table, charis and a mini fridge.  The bunkhouses are also equipped with heating and air conditioning.  Guests can enjoy a fishing pier, picnic shelters overlooking the lake and a comfort station that offers a shower, toilet and sink.  The Camp also offers Cedar Lodge which can accommodate up to 100 guests.  It’s the perfect place to host a part, reunion or retreat.  For more information, contact 864-868-2605.
