Originally launched as an office affiliated with a local real estate company, we transitioned to Allen Tate Realtors through a corporate merger in March 2018. Throughout that growth, we’ve stayed true to our roots—operating with the same boutique-style philosophy that sets us apart, where personalized attention, thoughtful guidance, and elevated service are always the focus. In August 2025, Allen Tate joined forces with Howard Hanna to become Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate.
