As much of the skeptic that I am, Melanie has restored my faith in human nature. Melanie was a random relator pick for us in the Clemson area and proved to be an excellent find. She was not pushy, always pleasant, excellent sense of humor, very prompt at returning ALL calls and extremely knowledgeable about real estate in her marketing area. Once we purchased a home, her follow thru to closing was excellent – recommended an attorney, home inspector, carpenter and other contractors we needed to make our personal home improvements. An added plus was, Ashyton, (Melanie’s daughter) who works in the office and walked us thru all ‘foggy’ areas encountered to bring our purchase to conclusion. I would say Melanie is the consummate professional in her chosen career. We have become GOOD friends too !
